The Largest Education Expo in Summer

Hong Kong International Education Expo has become the most popular educational event every summer in Hong Kong since its debut in 2003. Last year, the Expo brought together hundreds of local and overseas education institutions, including colleges, universities, vocational training and continuing educational providers from Hong Kong, China, the U.K. , the U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore and Dubai. A wide range of full-time, part-time and long-distance learning programmes were remarkably well-received by over 60,000 visitors in just three days.

In its 5th year in 2008, Hong Kong International Education Expo will continue to provide the most effective annual forum for education institutions to market and promote their services, expand their network and consolidate their positions in the market.

Maximize Opportunities at Perfect Timing

Hong Kong International Education Expo is held every year right before the release of HKCEE and after that of JUPAS results. It is perfectly timed to meet the immediate needs of over 150,000 secondary graduates. According to statistics, only around 32,000 and 14,000 vacancies are available for form-six and university education respectively every year. The figures entail that more than 100,000 students have to seek alternative ways to further their studies. The Expo specifically aims to provide the much needed education resources to this large pool of anxious students and parents as well as allowing various local and overseas institutions to recruit qualified students directly.

Rising Demand for Continuing Education

Due to Hong Kong¡¦s development into a knowledge-based city, increased availability of higher education opportunities and the effect of a globalised economy, there sees a substantial rise in the education level of Hong Kong people. Working and non-working people alike strive to equip themselves with knowledge and skills to increase competitiveness in the workplace and society. The Expo provides a valuable platform for continuing education institutions to this to promote their programmes and courses.

Extra Benefits to Double Market Exposure

The Expo also provides a host of effective sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors to network with existing and prospective students. The coming Expo will, again, be enriched with an extensive range of programmes including the ¡§Neway Education Fund¡¨, which awards outstanding students and adults, as well as seminars, workshops, demonstrations, lucky draws, etc. Parties interested in sponsoring these activities should contact the Organizer for more details.
